Team Asha-Jyothi in USA and its volunteers in India are working tirelessly to gather food supplies, cooking food, packing, transporting and distributing food supplies to the poor and needy people who lost their livelihoods and are stuck at home with no access to a basic meal during this lockdown time.

COVID-19 Relief Actions

• Donated close to 300,000 meals to poor and needy in various locations in India – such as Vizag, Vijayawada, Lucknow, Madhira, Guntur and Hyderabad.
• Responded and spent over $15,000 to fight COVID-19 pandemic and to provide for relief efforts.
